Proposed budget will result in daycare increases

The Toronto city budget proposes to cut daycare costs to the city by cancelling an agreement to cover rent of school-based child-care centres.  This will affect most parents either directly or indirectly in our neighbourhood where there is a shortage of daycare spots.  See article in the paper  for details.  http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/article/772206--school-daycares-face-rent-hike
