The film shows the emotional toll on Korean families, to this day, resulting from the division of North and South Korea and talks about the plight of North Korean refugees. The screening will be held at the Mitchell Field Community Centre, 89 Church Avenue, on Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Doors open at 7pm. Refreshments will be provided. The Toronto city budget proposes to cut daycare costs to the city by cancelling an agreement to cover rent of school-based child-care centres. This will affect most parents either directly or indirectly in our neighbourhood where there is a shortage of daycare spots.
