It has come to PIAC’s attention that many children are struggling with
mathematics.  It has been found that many parents are helping their children
solve the math homework , hiring private tutors and in some instances are
registering their children for math classes  at private schools while still
studying at the Toronto District School Board (high school students).

Although the curriculum is set by the province, the Board does have some
control over how the curriculum is delivered to our children.   PIAC would
like to gather information from you about your experience to help identify
the problems.  It would be greatly appreciated if you could complete the

Responses are requested by February 29th however will include if completed
thereafter. 

Parent, guardians and member of the McKee community are invited to a SAC meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22. This meeting will be short so that parents can attend the TDSB meeting to be held at 7 p.m. in the gym.
